Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 9:30 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 9:30 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

• All drivers must be at least 17 years old and have a valid driver license
• min age for passengers is 6 years (non drivers)
• Total duration tour time is 3.5hr with transportation but 2hrs Buggy Driving on tour
• All Buggies fit 2 persons at once (shared rider) however its also a option to be a single rider --> see single rider option
• If there is a odd number of participants (1,3,5 etc.) then one person must be booked as a single rider
• Pickup is 30 min prior to departure time - if you wish to meet at our basecamp please contact the activity provider
• Weight limit is 220kg/485lbs per person single rider or/shared rider in a Buggy
