Reviews: Walking Tour and street food Tour Palermo / History and Food
Guest User2025-11-26
This tour is more focused on history than sampling of food. We visited fountains, churches, the archive building, a square and the market. In the market we sampled two items, a deep fried chickpea flat bread and an arancinii and selected from an orange or pomegranate juice. Then at the end of the tour we selected from a gelato or a cannelloni.
Reviews: Palermo Private Street Food Tour: A Culinary Journey with a Chef

An absolute highlight of our trip to Palermo. Walking through the vibrant local market with a passionate local chef is an experience that awakens all the senses. Colours, aromas, voices, and flavours surround you as you discover the real soul of the city, far from tourist clichés. The chef guides you through the stalls with confidence and warmth, explaining ingredients, traditions, and stories behind Sicilian food culture. You taste incredible local products, meet friendly vendors, and learn how to choose the best ingredients like a true local. The atmosphere is lively yet personal, energetic but never rushed. It feels exclusive and authentic at the same time, like being shown Palermo by a knowledgeable friend who truly loves this city. This is not just a market tour, it’s a deep cultural immersion into Sicilian life and cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Palermo with all five senses. A must do!

Reviews: Mount Etna Adventurous Hiking Tour with Equipment

Really good hiking program on Etna. The guides are friendly and told is interesting facts about the vulcano. The hike itself is easy, takes roughly 3 hours with a lot of stops when you can rest. Prepare for the unprwdictable weather, we started in sunshihe and shirts and endid up in jackets and hail 🙂 100% recommend
Reviews: Etna Wine and Alcantara with lunch

We had the most amazing day with Andrea! Etna was spectacular and worth the pain I will felt in my legs the next day. Im not an experienced hiker and our guide was very patient with my slow ascent. The provision of hiking poles was a great help. Andrea has so much knowledge and he took the whole thing to another level with his insights. I am a plant lover and he was able to answer so many questions for me. The cave was scary but exciting. The gorge was amazing and the water invigorating to paddle in. Lunch at the Emilio Sciacca Etna winery was wonderful 😋 and the view from there was beautiful.
