I had the impression that it would be difficult to get through to a reservation overseas, but I was able to communicate with this company via app messages and phone calls. They were happy to accommodate my date change, and they also delivered my forgotten shoes to a nearby store within a few hours of contacting me, which was very helpful. I think the quality of the seats is on par with other reviews.★

I booked the flight from home (30 minutes) and then let myself be persuaded on-site to extend it to 60 minutes. The downside: the plane is enclosed, and photos can only be taken through the windows. However, you then fly into the mountains instead of just to the edge. Absolutely recommended in great weather. A video of the flight is available for purchase at a reasonable price, although it's only at 30fps, which is unusual in Germany – it's transferred to your smartphone.★

Roman, my Tourguide was very helpful and kind person. I couldn't believe that he immediately jumped in to help me plan my schedule which was different that the program we had.
He picked me up at 5 o clock in the morning with is motorbike from the bus station, because I came by the overnight bus and I went one our to his family until we receive the car and start the tour earlier at 6. Many thanks for that Roman, one more time and also to the company.
Even thought I couldn't see the mountains because of the weather conditions, the hike there was very nice, very beautiful nature. Roman took beautiful pictures of me and was very patient.
The only thing negative was that tour was a bit too expensive, we drive only a little, but walked the most time. Lunch was included, but still expensive.
Otherwise I was happy with the tour and especially with my Tourguide Roman. Thanks to the company also which immediately replied to my email.About
