The tour was amazing! Anna and Alejandro are warm, friendly & knowledgeable. They gave us clear instructions and told us what to expect on the tour. We visited the 5 islands and they aren’t far apart, we had lunch and it was so yummy. The tour was more than I expected and I definitely recommend it and Anna and Alejandro will ensure you have the best time ever!

The tour was very well organized and we loved the experience. Kevin is an extremely attentive guide, explaining everything very clearly and also sharing stories and interesting facts that greatly enrich the tour. I give it 5 stars for the overall experience, however I would like to make an observation regarding the lunch location. I found the infrastructure quite poor, especially the women's restrooms, which were out of toilet paper and all clogged, which was very unpleasant. I understand that, due to the bad weather, the restaurant was different from usual, but I believe it is still worth noting for future improvements.

I was very pleased with the tour and operator we chose, as we didn't want a party boat (I was with my 10yo son) and wanted to see the islands and snorkel. I had not realized that neither of the two stops BV makes are at port, meaning you don't actually get off on any of the islands. They drop anchor near Isla Grande, and again offshore Baru, and snorkeling gear is available, as well as it was lots of fun just jumping off the boat (stairs are also available). There is no information provided, which was a shame for most. I'm an experienced snorkeler and ocean/outdoor enthusiast with freediving ability, so I was able to locate where the reef was (right off the bow & port) but another 50-60 snorkelers in the water were in the completely wrong area. The current was pretty strong, and it was easy to get off the front stairs, snorkel around the side, and catch pretty good aquatic life early on, then swim with the current to the back platform to get on, and lap again. Once we pulled away, I was chatting with other guests who had seen nothing snorkeling, and I felt bad that they weren't given any information to find the goods, because it was actually quite good. Lunch and drinks were easy and suitable, and impressively, everything ran about on time. They could have communicated a few things a little better, but we were glad to have chosen this splurge away from the hectic city.

The visit to the castle was very good and interesting. We really enjoyed the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition.
