The tour includes an entrance ticket to the Forbidden City and the Treasure Museum. Your ticket is tied to your passport! Don't forget it. There were 10 of us in our group. Entry through the main southern gate was quick. Pick up your bag for the morning after 9 a.m. The tour lasts about 4 hours. The grounds are so vast that you won't be able to see everything. We visited all the main halls and the gates leading to them, the chambers of Empress Dowager Cixi, the Treasure Museum, and exited through the North Gate. Unfortunately, no one is allowed inside the halls, and it's difficult to see much through the half-open doors and dirty glass. The Treasure Museum was incredibly crowded, so we couldn't get a good look. Chinese New Year was probably a factor. The tour was well organized. Our guide, Alina, was very responsive and helped us not only with the tour but also with other pressing questions. However, I personally missed more detailed historical facts (which is why I took the tour, as audio guides often fail during independent exploration).

A great tour of Instagram-worthy spots. The timings were met, and we were taken to all the sites as promised. Sakuragi was an attentive guide. The tour overall was well-designed, but we wished we'd spent a little more time in a couple of places.

I went on a Kyoto tour with my family in January, and it was a truly satisfying trip. From the moment we boarded the tour bus early in the morning until the end of the trip, our guide, Haehwa, shared a wealth of valuable information about living in Japan. This was incredibly helpful not only for our Kyoto trip but also for our subsequent independent trip to Osaka. The tour bus was staffed entirely by Koreans, which made it comfortable. While I was a bit worried about the language barrier, our guide, Haehwa, provided detailed and friendly explanations in Korean, allowing me to focus on my trip with peace of mind. I was surprised by the sheer number of tourists at each Kyoto tourist site, but I was impressed by the tour's well-curated selection of Kyoto's key attractions. We included almost all the places featured on popular Kyoto travel blogs, allowing us to fully enjoy Kyoto in a short amount of time. One of the most memorable moments for me was when my child left his phone on the tour bus, leaving us in a state of confusion. Even after we had finished our trip and returned to Korea, our guide, Haehwa, was attentive and took care of everything, finding it for us. This must have been a difficult task, and I was so grateful for his kind and helpful approach. This experience has further strengthened my trust, and I definitely want to use this tour on my next trip to Japan. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Kyoto.

Our Mount Fuji tour was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at several scenic locations, each offering amazing photo opportunities. Eason, our guide, was outstanding knowledgeable, friendly, and a great storyteller. He made the whole experience feel seamless and truly memorable. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Guide Wang's explanations of the Forbidden City are incredibly professional! He effortlessly connects the historical context of the Ming and Qing dynasties with the architectural regulations of the palaces, providing detailed and thorough explanations of everything from mortise and tenon joinery to court anecdotes. His presentations are engaging and insightful, avoiding rote memorization. The itinerary is well-planned, avoiding crowds and allowing you to discover lesser-known facts. He patiently answers questions throughout, maintaining a perfect pace. This trip was incredibly worthwhile and comfortable! We were picked up in the morning and taken to the meeting point. It's worth mentioning that there were only seven Chinese people in the entire group, but everyone was so friendly. The guide was Thai and spoke Chinese, and he explained everything in Chinese every time, and his Chinese was excellent! It was a truly immersive boat trip. You could even swim, and the self-service clothing was superb. Drinks, iced water, and coffee were always available. The boat meals were also delicious and unlimited: rice, noodles, chicken, and fish. In the cave, the Thai boatman showed us the bats in the sky and occasionally let us lie down while we passed. It was incredibly safe and immersive! The 007 island was also incredibly photogenic, and we had absolutely no time. At the end, we even had time to swim and play in the water. We didn't have to focus on walking or sightseeing. We were on a boat trip, just enjoying the water and enjoying Phuket. Everyone's safety was ensured. The Thai-Chinese director was truly responsible and shared his health and longevity lifestyle with us, making the experience much more enjoyable than other tours.
