Good day everyone! We really enjoyed this tour; we were four couples. The transfer from and to our accommodation was convenient, so you don't have to worry about getting lost or being late. The cars were comfortable and, most importantly, had working air conditioning. Our driver, Oka, was very friendly and approachable in Nusa Penida, patiently waiting and always helping us take great photos. The only downside was the included lunch: dirty cutlery, dishes, and a very limited selection of local dishes. Everything else was top-notch!

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip.  They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great.  We would recommend them to friends and family.

I was satisfied with the tour itself. The driver who took me to the port was very nice. I also enjoyed snorkeling at Lembongan. I was a bit concerned that the driver who was showing me around town was smoking a lot.

It was such a wonderful service that I wish the whole world had this system. I used it both days of my two-day stay. The guides on the first and second days were different. The guide on the first day was a licensed guide, while the guide on the second day was not. A licensed guide is definitely better. 1. They spoke Japanese well. Fluent. The guide on the second day was good at listening but not so good at answering. But being able to communicate in Japanese reduces stress. 2. Naturally, they were knowledgeable about the island. The guide on the first day gave detailed information about the festival and sightseeing etiquette. Both of them provided local information that changes daily, and when I asked for lunch, they took me to a nice restaurant. 3. The price was clear and explained. 4. It was okay to communicate in advance in Japanese. We communicated in Roman letters. The only downside was that departure from the hotel was the only option. To have them pick you up at the airport, do some sightseeing, and then drop you off at the hotel, just write "Please pick me up at the airport" in Roman letters in the comments section.
