Our trip from Calgary to Banff was fantastic! Jay our driver was early which was good on a cold day. He was very pleasant and helpful, loaded all our luggage for us. Jay put us at ease right away and pointed out interesting landmarks along our trip. We were also dropped off right outside our accommodation which was amazing as it is our first trip to Banff and we were tired after a nine hour flight. Thank you Jay you were Amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★

We encountered a sudden heavy snowstorm today with multiple accidents causing terrible road conditions. However, our driver was incredibly skilled and professional. Despite the extremely poor visibility, he navigated the roads safely and got us to the airport on time. We felt very safe in his hands. Thank you so much!★
