How to use

1. Hours: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (subject to confirmation by customer support);

2. Experience location: Zhujiajian Zhangzhou Bay;

After booking, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your itinerary, send location details, and provide contact information for on-site staff. Please ensure your provided mobile number remains reachable.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. Please arrive at the arrival pier 10 minutes before the agreed time to avoid missing the boat.

2. Travelers with limited mobility or special medical conditions should confirm with customer support in advance whether they can board the ship. Pregnant women are not allowed to board.

If you need to return early due to personal reasons (such as seasickness, physical discomfort, etc.), it will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting the remaining experience time with no refund provided. Please be advised.

4. If the experience cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as weather, you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund. Our company will not be responsible for any transportation or additional costs incurred.
