My friend and I joined this Jiufen day trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Most itineraries combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we just wanted to leisurely explore Jiufen, so we were happy to find this package that only included Jiufen. The original itinerary indicated a group of about 30 people, but surprisingly, there were only two groups of three on the day. The travel agency not only didn't cancel the trip but also thoughtfully changed it to a nine-seater vehicle, making the entire journey more comfortable and almost like a private charter. The tour guide was very professional, extremely familiar with Jiufen, and could communicate in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The itinerary was very flexible, with plenty of free time; she was also very willing to accompany us and provide explanations if needed. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and it is a highly recommended travel experience! My friend and I joined this Jiufen day tour, and the experience exceeded our expectations! Most tour packages combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we wanted to explore Jiufen at a relaxed pace, so we were very happy to find a tour dedicated solely to Jiufen. Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.
