How to use
Proceed to the meeting point at the scheduled booking time, present your e-confirmation for check-in, and follow the operator's safety instructions for departure preparation.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 8:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Operator Notice
1. Travelers must wear the life jacket provided by the operator.
2. Sunglasses and eyeglasses are recommended year-round.
3. Stay warm in cold weather – We strongly recommend wearing warm clothing and a coat, along with a hat and gloves (though the jet boat handles are heated).
4. You will most likely get wet during the activity, so please be prepared. We recommend wearing a waterproof jacket or bringing a change of clothes.
On-site facilities include parking spaces, retail stores, restrooms, bag storage (bags are not allowed on board), and viewing areas.
6. You may bring a camera at your own risk. GoPro cameras must be secured to the chest or head. Activity videos and photo packages are available for purchase on-site.
7. Children must be at least 1m tall. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back/neck problems.
8. If you have any specific health issues or back/neck problems, please inform us when booking so we can assess your suitability for the activity.
