I booked a Yangmingshan & Beitou Tour for 2 adults and a 2-year-old toddler, and we were joined by 5 other adults. Our tour guide, Vanness Hsu, was fluent in English, very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, and encouraged interaction with and among the tourists. Our tour from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. was well maximized, and all the stops in our itinerary were covered without any compromises.
Overall, my family and I were very happy with Vanness’ service. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm personality, which made the entire experience stress-free, enjoyable, informative, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei, especially with family.★

Our tour guide, Mr Yang, did a great job of keeping our small group together and getting to each destination on time, despite the on and off drizzly weather. This was an enjoyable tour with an added bonus of seeing the waterfall there and some flowers that were opened out of season.★

This was an excellent day. Our guide, Oscar, speaks great English and found the perfect balance between being attentive, informative and non-intrusive. The boat trip was comfortable and beautiful. We then had a lovely cycle through the countryside and local farming area. The drive there (driven by Xu) and back was comfortable and relaxed. A really great day that was well worth the money. I would highly recommend this trip. They came to pick us up from the hotel, helped us with the tickets, travel insurance and getting our luggage settled on the boat. The cruise is very comfortable, and the views are amazing 👏.
