Notes: 1. The dining time limit is 90 minutes. Please be sure to arrive on time. Failure to arrive after the deadline will result in the reservation being invalid. This reservation service mainly incurs labor costs, so after sending the email, we will not accept any refund requests due to subjective reasons (including but not limited to incorrect email address and name of the diners, itinerary changes, lateness, etc.) (If you are unable to dine due to objective reasons such as invalid reservations or temporary closure of the restaurant, we will refund the full amount or reschedule to another time. 2 This product only includes the reservation fee, and does not include food and beverage fees or any other fees

3 When purchasing this product, please be sure to provide the real name and valid email address of the diners. If there are more than 6 people dining, please provide the names and email addresses of two guests. Please contact customer support for details.

4. Entrance is by presenting confirmation voucher email—present the original official email (forwarded emails or screenshots are not permitted). The staff will also need to redeem the sender's address, which is the official email address: info@mail-pokemon-cafe.jp. Please arrive 10 minutes early; do not be late!

5. Reservation service requires a minimum of 2 people, same price for all visitors(regardless of age)
