

▲ Marshal Zhang's Mansion Museum is located in Shenhe District, Shenyang, serving as both the official residence and private home of Zhang Zuolin and Zhang Xueliang. Construction began in 1914 and was completed in 1933, covering an area of 53,000 square meters with a built-up area of 35,000 square meters. The architectural styles are diverse, ranging from traditional to Sino-Western fusion. It is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, a National Second-Class Museum, and a National AAAA-level tourist attraction. The museum houses a rich collection, with permanent exhibitions such as "Zhang Xueliang's Later Life." Buildings like the Big Blue House and Small Blue House witnessed significant historical events, including the Northeast Flag Replacement, embodying a century of modern history in Northeast China. It serves as an important window to understand the Zhang family and modern history.
