How to Use It

• After booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your Trip.com voucher.

• Please present either a mobile voucher (on your phone) or a printed copy to the driver/guide at the time of pick-up.

• Pick-up service is available from hotels in Dubai city — kindly wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

• The voucher is valid only for the selected date and time of your booking.

• For assistance, please contact the Trip.com customer support team.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Dubai Desert Safari Pickup Information

We provide convenient pickup and drop-off services from all major hotels and residences within Dubai city limits, covering popular locations such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and Deira.

Guests can also request pickup from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid) as well as major shopping malls in Dubai for added convenience.

Important Information:

• Airport pickup is not available.

• Pickup from Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or other Emirates can be arranged with an additional charge – please contact us before booking.

• Exact pickup time will be shared via email or WhatsApp after booking (generally between 2:00 PM – 2:10 PM, depending on your location and season).

• Guests are requested to be ready in their hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup time.
