This was my first trip to Vietnam, and I heard the immigration process was complicated, so I applied in advance.
I'm extremely satisfied.
The staff member was waiting for me at the airport entrance,
and guided me through everything from immigration to baggage claim.
For first-time travelers, finding your way around and waiting in line can be quite stressful,
but using this service made it effortless.
The staff member even helped me with my luggage cart,
and was always smiling and helpful, so I started my trip feeling great.
The price is reasonable, and the service is excellent,
so I'll definitely be using this service again with friends.
