Service specifications, especially the tour guide service, are in place to confirm the arrival of the meeting place on time one day in advance, and also take the initiative to ask us where we need to send it to the end, like a 👍! . Had a great day learning about and meeting the llamas and alpacas!! Lonzo will always be my bestie now! The experience was so much fun and the gift shop has some of the softest alpaca blankets and scarves! I vote the new baby gets named Toasty because they look like a cute toasted marshmallow! It was a beautiful hike with wonderful views. Susan, our guide, explained so much to us. The hike was 5 km long with 290 meters of elevation gain. It was a fantastic trail. I would definitely book it again. Thanks again to Susan for the wonderful day.

Lucas was an amazing guide and driver! We felt safe, well taken care of, and entertained the entire time. He easily adapted to our group’s needs — we wanted to see a lot but only walk a little due to some physical limitations — and he made everything smooth and enjoyable. I truly recommend this tour!
