I came to Osaka for a few days to see a concert at the Osaka Dome. Overall, I was very satisfied, except for the rain. The bus was a standard one, with plenty of empty seats and not crowded. The driver, a typical older Japanese driver, was very polite and courteous, offering an umbrella, which would have been a real hassle for not bringing one. The entire trip was excellent. This is my seventh or eighth trip to Japan, and I always book a day trip to experience the guided tour. Our guide, Zhao, was very responsible and dedicated, explaining every detail clearly. He also provided thorough explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English. There was only a couple of non-Asian guests on the bus, and they also provided thorough English explanations.

Had the ride of my life on the roads of Osaka! The process was simple. The shop was easy to find using Google Maps. All the instructions were clear with English option for communications. I just had to make sure that I bring a valid licence with international driving permit. Do remember to check your email and send your supporting documents to the company for verification. It will help prevent a disappointment in case the documents are incomplete.

It was a very good experience. Enjoyed the tour. Our English speaking tour guide Mr.Yang was very accommodating. The places were very serine and beautiful. Would recommend for a stress free day tour.

The time was too short. We didn't arrive back in Osaka at the designated time (6:30 PM) as part of the program, and the driver and guide had already returned to Osaka at 5 PM! It was such a rush. We arrived at Kiyomizu-dera Temple at 12:35 PM and had to board the bus back to Osaka at 3:35 PM. We went to Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, then to Gion, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple (3 hours with meals included). We also visited nearby areas, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple. A half-hour extra would have been perfect.

Overall, it was a satisfying trip. Our guide, Gumun-gil, explained the history and culture of each location in an easy-to-understand way, allowing us to enjoy the trip in a much deeper way than simply seeing the sights. The route was also efficient, allowing us to conveniently visit multiple attractions without wasting time. Our guide, Gumun-gil, was also friendly and informative, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip. He even pointed out photo spots and hidden gems, making our time much more enriching than traveling alone. I think this will be especially helpful for first-time visitors.

A great tour, everything as described. We liked the guide, Momo, who was very polite and attentive. She explained and showed us everything, pointed out points of interest, and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the day.
