The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! ðâ

Very good package - you can choose whether you need the instructor which luckily I did get that package. From pick up from the train station till the drop off everything is very streamlined and efficient. Staff is also great. I thought that I had booked an English instructor but was given a Chinese instructor, no big deal but an English instructor would make it betterâ

This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.â

We encountered heavy snow in Sapporo that day, making it difficult to leave the city center. We were stuck in traffic for a long time, finally getting onto the highway around 11 am. However, I'm very grateful to the driver for his attentive and hardworking driving. We didn't get back to Odori Park until 9 pm by the time the tour ended! I'm also very grateful to our tour guide, Ms. Zhou Mingjing, for her thoughtful service, clear explanations, and well-planned itinerary. We saw everything we wanted to see! ð It was truly an unforgettable and wonderful memory! ðâ

I joined the tour on November 15th. The bus was almost full, with people from many different countries in the group, but it was always our compatriots who were late. Sigh.
Our tour guide, Vivi, was very good. She had to speak the exact same thing in three languages, which must have been quite tiring.
The stops at each attraction were short. It was pretty much a quick visit, but there was no other way, as it was too far and time was tight.
The weather was so-so this time, mostly overcast, but during a brief break in the sunshine, I saw half of Mount Yotei and immediately took a picture.î¥
