How to use

On the day of your trip, the driver will wait in the hotel lobby in advance to pick up travelers and take them to the attraction.

Use your passport or other valid ID for ticket and hotel redemption.

1. Full name, passport number, gender, date of birth, and nationality for each person.

2. Name and full address of the pickup/drop-off hotel;

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 60% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
