The departure tax from Padang Bai is IDR 30,000 per person.
Upon arrival at Gili Island, each person is required to pay a contribution fee of IDR 20,000.
How to use
Please present both the e-voucher and a valid ID at the admission ticket exchange counter indicated on the e-voucher to receive your physical ticket.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please notify us and receive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise no full refund will be given.
