Wonderful experience visiting the floating islands of the Uros followed by a trip to Takiles island to meet the locals, their way of life and the magnificent scenery. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Can’t recommend this experience enough. 5 Stars

I enjoyed the day trip, it was very well organised, our guide Alex was very clear, funny and informative. The lunch also was good and genuine. I didn't like the fact that there were some extra mandatory expenses we had to pay on top, e.g. the boat ride in uros for 15 soles (it was not optional) and the drinks at the restaurant (at least water should be included). Other than that it was great.

Enjoyed it throughly. The visit to the Uros Island was a once in a lifetime experience. It is something so unique and mind boggling that people can and do live like that. The ride on the reed boat was amazing. The climb up to the main square on Taquile island is strenuous but the views are spectacular. The explanation by the guide of the native textile production and the various aspects of their clothing is very interesting. The tasty lunch is worth the wait.
