• Guests must be a minimum of 16 years old to receive spa treatments. Minors may require adult supervision or parental consent for specific services
• Should you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without prior notification, your booking will be considered a no-show. In such instances, the service will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued
• All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, should you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking
• For your safety and comfort, it's essential to inform us at the time of booking or arrival if you have any of the following conditions, as they may prevent certain massage treatments: diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, infectious diseases, active colds/fevers, bone diseases, or pregnancy
• DIORA Langsuan reserves the right to refuse or modify services for guests with conditions that may pose a risk to their health or the health of our staff
• For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within all areas of the spa premises
• In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different program, or a full reimbursement
