Since it was a small group, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The small crowds made the experience very good. The steam train burned coal, and the smoke was a bit dirty. I was covered in fine coal dust when I returned, so I tried not to open my mouth when facing the wind. The penguins were cute, and you could see them up close on the boardwalk. The starry sky was also beautiful. I had already seen the zoo in Brisbane, so I didn't go. I felt that an hour was a bit tight for the zoo. I would like to praise the driver and tour guide, Banban, for his steady driving and also for teaching us some sightseeing tips.

The itinerary was well-planned! The pace was just right. Although it started at 9:30 AM and didn't return to the city pick-up point until almost midnight, the distance was quite far, allowing for a good rest and nap on the bus. With a group of 15, the pick-up time wasn't long. The weather was also great, and the Phillip Island train ride and penguin parade were fantastic experiences! The zoo, though small, had white kangaroos, smiling kangaroos, and many koalas to see and interact with. It was a worthwhile extra!

This Great Ocean Road day trip was a fantastic experience overall, a must-see! The driver was incredibly steady, and despite the many curves on the Great Ocean Road, the ride was comfortable and smooth throughout, giving me a great sense of security. There was a slight delay in picking us up in the morning due to a hotel location issue, but the tour guide reacted quickly, communicating and making adjustments promptly to resolve the problem. The itinerary was well-planned, the ocean views along the way were breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to see wild kangaroos – a superb experience! The tour guide provided detailed explanations and attentive service, with no forced spending throughout the trip, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour; it's a must-do when visiting Melbourne!

Peter, our guide, was friendly and spoke slowly for those who didn't speak English well! If you arrive in downtown Melbourne, it's after 11 PM, and you'll have free time during the day to eat on your own! Be sure to bring water and sun protection! We saw penguins at the end, even though it was a little dark! We stopped by a few places before heading to see the penguins, and they were all great!


