How to use

Easy Booking: Place your order by providing the travel date, number of people, and contact information.

Confirmation: Our staff will contact you to confirm the booking details, pick-up/drop-off time and location.

Private car transfer: A professional driver-guide will arrive at your hotel or designated location at the agreed time to pick you up.

Comfortable arrival at the pier: Consult your driver-guide for Xiamen travel tips along the way, and arrive effortlessly at the sailing boat pier.

Set sail: Meet the captain at the dock, put on a life jacket, and embark on an exciting sailing boat adventure (approximately 40 minutes).

Enjoy the return trip: After the experience concludes, the private car and driver-guide will safely take you back to the original pick-up point or designated location.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Safety first:
You must wear the provided life jacket properly at all times after boarding.
Follow the safety instructions from the captain and crew, and avoid running or playing on the ship.
Watch your step for cables and deck equipment, and be careful of slippery surfaces.
Keep your personal belongings safe (especially electronic devices like mobile phones and cameras), and it is recommended to use waterproof bags.
Sun protection and heat prevention
The UV rays at sea are intense, so be sure to apply high-SPF waterproof sunscreen in advance.
It is recommended to wear sunglasses, a sun hat, and sun-protective clothing or lightweight long-sleeved garments.
Dress code:
Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in (preferably water-friendly sandals, flip-flops, or sneakers).
Bring spare clothes as you may get wet from waves during sea activities.
Health requirements:
People with severe heart disease, hypertension, lumbar spine conditions, recent surgery patients, pregnant women, or those under the influence of alcohol are not recommended to participate.
Those prone to seasickness should prepare and take motion sickness medication in advance.
Weather impact:
The sailing boat experience is highly dependent on weather and sea conditions (in case of force majeure factors such as strong winds, high waves, thunderstorms, low visibility, or government restrictions).
If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions, we will notify you in advance and discuss rescheduling or provide a full refund.
Punctual and reliable:
Please be sure to wait at the designated pickup location on time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
Bring ID:
Please bring a valid ID (ID card/passport) for real-name registration and redemption at the pier before boarding.
Applicable travelers:
Available for healthy individuals aged 2-70 years old (children must be over 90cm in height; seniors aged 65+ must sign a safety notice on-site).
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Environmental reminder:
Please protect the marine environment and do not dispose of any trash into the sea.
