Zero is beautiful and kind-hearted. I completely don't understand why she said some tourists commented that she wasn't good-looking but was professional—she's clearly very beautiful! She's fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, a professional tour leader, and has a dry sense of humor. The trip was excellent value for money. The miniature train was fun too; I loved watching Winter Sonata as a child, so this was a dream come true. At Petite France, the kids had a blast on the inflatable slides, and the adults took great photos. At the end of the trip, we even went to Hongdae to listen to music. Overall, it was a perfect, incredibly enriching, and unforgettable trip.★

A truly perfect day tour. Our guide, Alex, is the best I've ever had. He was humorous and attentive throughout the trip, and provided bilingual translation. The roast chicken we had for lunch was also fantastic, and at just over 300 yuan for two people, it was great value. The bus was incredibly comfortable; I personally felt it was even more comfortable than the airport luxury bus—I fell asleep as soon as I got on. The attractions were also amazing. This tour was truly excellent value for money.★

An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

Great tour! All three activities were wonderful and our friendly and efficient guide, Mina, kept us all on schedule and arriving places on time. The garden was serene, could have maybe done with another half an hour there but it's a lot to fit in to a day so I understand the timings. The rail bike was so much fun and the views were incredible! Nami island itself was gorgeous, so much to see there and really wonderful peaceful areas and walking trails, as well as busier boys with activities and cafes. We saw lots of wildlife too, squirrels, birds, a chipmunk as well as the ostriches in the park.
I would 100% recommend this tour. ★

The driver and guide arrived on time, and their service throughout the trip was excellent. They even proactively helped us take photos, and their time management was very accurate. However, the itinerary was a bit rushed, especially the time spent on the mountain during the cable car ride, which was too short.
