Great day trip. Even though we could only communicate with the driver via translator everything went really smooth and well. The play Impressions of Lijiang was one of my travel highlights so far. The driver was very nice and helpful. I can recommend

The travel agency was quite responsible, calling ahead to confirm if the itinerary had changed before the free cancellation deadline. The driver was punctual, familiar with the roads, and drove smoothly, allowing ample time to visit each attraction. Even though the Lower Tiger Leaping Gorge wasn't on the itinerary, they made a special stop for everyone to take photos at the sign. After arriving at Dukezong Ancient Town, they tried their best to take each family to their hotel.

Mr. Luo was very meticulous and patient. He checked our information and explained things we needed to be aware of several times the day before the trip. On the morning of the trip, he arrived at the departure point on time to pick us up. Along the way, he explained the entire trip to us and shared many stories about the Naxi people, which were very helpful, especially for us as foreign tourists. We were also very lucky to see the sunrise over the mountains that day.

Our driver was a handsome guy who also acted as our tour guide. Don't underestimate him; he was very responsible. The drive from Lijiang to Lugu Lake took a little over three hours and was smooth. He also provided detailed explanations of the attractions. The itinerary didn't involve much walking; we mostly traveled by car between attractions. Lugu Lake is beautiful. It's definitely worth the journey if you don't mind the distance. We didn't get back to Lijiang until almost 8 pm, so the round trip took about seven hours. Thank you to the driver!

We were a family of 3 traveling independently in China. Our tour was in a shared 9-seat van. Our tour guide (also driver) was Master Chen (陈师傅). He was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the whole trip. He contacted us in advance to confirm the pick-up time and location. As foreigners who don’t speak Chinese, but he always found a way to explain things to us and make sure we knew what to do. He showed us where to queue and explained the itinerary step by step. Thanks to his guidance, everything was very easy and we were able to enjoy the attractions without any difficulty. We also really appreciated how straightforward the tour was. From ancient town to Yulong Snow mountain, Master Chen only stop ~5 minutes to get the free jackets and oxygen bottles (we didn’t need to get off the car). We were never pushed to pay for extra oxygen bottles. Highly recommend this tour to families and foreign travelers. A big thank to Master Chen for making our journey so easy and enjoyable!

Our tour leader, Sister Xiong, was incredibly thoughtful!! She provided excellent pre-departure information, clearly explaining the meeting time, vehicle license plate number, and important notes. She reminded us to bring our ID cards, dress appropriately (avoiding flip-flops and high heels), and paid attention to every detail. The coordination was smooth and punctual, the itinerary was well-planned, and all the mountain-related instructions were clearly explained. Overall, the tour experience was fantastic. You can confidently choose her for your Lijiang snow mountain adventure! 👍
