• Since this is a join-in tour with shared transfer, the vehicle type will be determined based on the number of participants. The itinerary is fixed and cannot be adjusted upon request. Attraction visit times are limited as confirmed on the itinerary. If you need more flexibility to adjust your schedule or extend time at certain attractions, we recommend booking our private charter product to better meet your travel needs.

• Day 1: If you require an airport pick-up from Nairobi Airport, the recommended arrival time is before 6:00. Day 7: If you need an airport drop-off at the end of the itinerary, the recommended flight departure time is after 19:30.

• If the customer is late or fails to participate in the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip. No cancellations or refunds will be granted for this reason.

• If the guest voluntarily abandons the trip midway due to personal reasons, the guest will be solely responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the trip fees.

This could mean visiting attractions in a slightly different order or assembling at a different meeting time. You won't end up with fewer attractions in your itinerary, and all adjustments will be made to ensure smooth operation of the tour.
