After your booking is purchased, we will try to confirm it for you within 12 working hours. (Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM)

After successful booking confirmation, we will send the confirmation information to the email address you provided. Your dining time will be subject to the email content. Please check your email.

If the booking is unsuccessful, we will process a refund for you.

Note: If you haven't received the confirmation email, please contact us promptly. (Please check your inbox and spam folder first)

Friendly reminder: This product requires a second confirmation. Your payment does not guarantee a successful booking. After receiving your booking information, we will contact you.

Please make sure to complete the following information when booking:

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

- Minimum 2 guests per package; all guests in the same group must order the same package.

-On the day of dining, please present your email confirmation to enter the restaurant.

- To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling 400.

Friendly reminder

Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel or arrive late for your reservation due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to the restaurant. This amount is non-refundable, and our store cannot be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making restaurant reservations.

2. If there are any itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on the restaurant's policies and announcements).

3. If the number of travelers does not match the reservation count, the restaurant may cancel your booking. Please be aware.

Your booking will be considered consumed once confirmed. The service fee is non-refundable if you cancel due to personal reasons. Please note.
