At dawn, as the first light appears, your off-road vehicle departs Hohhot toward Kubuqi Desert (entrance fee not included). The morning sun casts golden hues on the rolling dunes, creating a breathtaking welcome.
By noon, the desert reveals its full grandeur (activities fee not included). Towering sand dunes shimmer like frozen waves, while distant desert willows add splashes of green to the golden landscape. The panoramic view of sand meeting sky is simply unforgettable.
In the afternoon, witness nature's artistry (optional activities fee not included). Wind-carved ripples decorate dune surfaces, and occasional dust devils perform their fleeting dance across the sands.
At dusk, prepare for magic hour (photography spots access fee not included). The setting sun transforms the desert into a painter's palette - oranges melting into purples as shadows lengthen across the dunes.
