Extremely satisfied! This time, I chose the 15-person small group tour for Huashan, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The group wasn't crowded or noisy. The tour guide was incredibly gentle and attentive, and the route was perfectly planned, making the ascent and descent smooth and worry-free. She provided engaging commentary throughout, reminding us of safety precautions and great photo spots. We had freedom to take pictures, and the pace of the hike was comfortable, without any rushing. Huashan is truly beautiful. Everyone in the group had a great time and it was worry-free. There were no unexpected extra charges, and I felt completely at ease throughout the trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to Huashan. This small group tour is a no-brainer; you definitely won't regret it! Thumbs up!

Would highly recommend this for solo travelers! The bus rides and ropeways are all taken care of, making everything way less stressful. The guide was Zem and he was super helpful in making sure everyone had all the right information and knew the route. And the views were spectacular! I knew they’d be beautiful but I was really blown away. If you’re in Xi’an this really is a must.

A fantastic way to visit mount Hua without having to worry about planning. Our guide Crystal was so friendly and knowledgeable she was very energetic and encouraging taking photos for everyone, giving tips about local foods and the mountain. Overall she made the experience very enjoyable making us want to come back again to do this. The mountain itself was breathtaking and worth every second to see it in person we only wish we would have had the energy to explore further!

The organization is excellent; everyone is counted by their heads so no one gets lost. The group is mostly Chinese, so bring an online translator to understand the guide's instructions. A WeChat channel is created the day before, and all the tour information is posted there. The buses actually depart as the tourists descend the mountain (since everyone's physical fitness varies). I definitely recommend it for families with children, so you don't have to worry about finding taxis, train stations, shuttles, etc.
