How to use
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a pdf voucher and SMS confirmation of your booking confirmation within 24 hours.
 
Please note: Seat number will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. The supplier will try their best to book adjacent seats for group bookings.
 
Present your printed pdf voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the terminal. Please be at the terminal 45 minutes before scheduled departure.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:00 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 25% will be charged for cancellations requested after 12:00 AM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Partas Bus Terminal Pasay: Aurora Blvd. cor. Edang St., Pasay City, Metro Manila (along Tramo and alongside Five Star terminal)

Partas Bus Terminal La Union: Sebay Surf Central (pick-up point), MacArthur Highway, San Juan, La Union

Rebooking fees are equal to 10% of ticket price plus P100 processing fee per way. The supplier will contact you regarding the exact amount and payment details within 24 hours of your request.

Please note, this route includes off-street stops in between.

Bus is equipped with restroom inside (except for Deluxe and Luxury), is fitted with a television, and GPS-monitored.

Passengers that are five years old and above are considered full paying.

Please bring your valid ID. Partas reserves the right to refuse boarding passengers with no valid identification cards and (if applicable) charge for deducted discounts if declared a student, senior citizen or PWD during purchase of online booking.
