I was very satisfied with my experience using the Plaza Premium Lounge at Asia Pacific Airport. The pre-booking process was simple and quick, and entry was smooth upon arrival, making it very convenient for travelers with tight schedules. I visited in the early morning and was initially worried about limited food options, but the selection was surprisingly good. Besides the usual beef noodles and braised pork rice, they also offered congee and soy milk, perfect for travelers looking for something light and refreshing late at night or early in the morning. The food was generally tasty, and replenishment was fast. The beverage selection was ample and comprehensive, catering to different travelers' needs. It's worth mentioning that there were crowd control measures in place, and the seating and flow were well-planned. Even during peak hours, the space remained spacious and not crowded. In conclusion, the Plaza Premium Lounge performs well in terms of booking convenience, food quality, and space management, making it a great choice for travelers relaxing in the early morning or during layovers. I was worried about the pick-up location, but I was relieved when they noticed me and called out to me right away. I also appreciated the quick pick-up and return process when I arrived earlier than planned. The fact that they even lent me a mobile battery was incredibly convenient, and it made my stay much more comfortable. I would definitely like to use their service again next time!

Definitely recommended if your Switzerland trip is a couple of weeks as train travel is the way to go over there. It’s so convenient purchasing it at Trip.com and the tickets are emailed almost immediately. Be sure to print it out or keep it in your phone as conductors do check your half fare card almost every time. Note that you can purchase attractions like the gornergrat train and the first gondola at half off too.
