From the moment they picked us up at the station to the final drop-off, everything was seamless. Vivi was incredibly knowledgeable, and good in English—she took us to places like Zhangjiajie National Park, the Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain and shared the history, stories and insights. She took great care of us throughout. Highly recommended—ask for Vivi and Chen when you visit Zhangjiajie for an stress-free and memorable experience! Overall lovely experience!!★
