For real-name purchases, you must provide the ID card number or other documents of the passengers boarding the ship (Hong Kong tourists need to provide their Home Return Permit, Taiwan tourists need to provide their Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and foreign tourists need to provide their passports). If children do not have an ID card, you need to provide the guardian's ID card number. The guardian's ID card number must be used on this cruise (customer service will confirm the ID card information with you after you place the order).
3. Seats are randomly assigned by the scenic area's computer system. It cannot be guaranteed that you will be seated together consecutively. If needed, please coordinate with other tourists on-site to exchange seats.
4. If there are insufficient seats in the upper cabin, the passenger will be transferred to the lower cabin at the standard lower cabin rate, and the price difference will be refunded. The ticket serves as the invoice (the paper ticket is stamped with the official invoice stamp), and no separate invoice will be issued.
5. Hotels in Guilin city (excluding surrounding counties) - Zhujiang Wharf: one-way shuttle bus or shared bus service. Customer service will notify you of the meeting point and departure time before 22:00 the day before departure.
**Pickup Service Description:**
Our buses will provide pick-up service at designated stops in Guilin city. Not all hotels offer direct pick-up. The only places the bus can stop are the hotels listed below. You will need to go to those hotels or meet up near them. Thank you for your understanding!
