If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. The accompanying time cannot be interrupted and reused later.
2. The time starts counting after meeting with the interpreter/guide. Time spent together on transportation, meals, etc. is all included!
Additional overtime fees may apply
3. Travelers are responsible for the guide's transportation and meal expenses (Meals: You may choose to dine together).
