Everything went great. We booked our trip on trip.com. All the addresses were correct. I just recommend arriving early. We arrived at 8:20 at the bus stop in central Ho Chi Minh City and were almost late, but everything went well. They waited for us and we boarded the bus safely, took us from the center to the eastern train station, and then headed to Mui Ne. The transfer was quick, and we were immediately escorted to the right bus. They just don't have buses from the center; they put you on a bus from there, take you to the train station, and it's about a 40-minute ride from the center, and then you get the intercity bus. But everything was very convenient, well organized, the price was great, and we really liked everything.

The boat trip was very comfortable. We arrived at the dock 30 minutes early, which was perfect. Boarding started 10 minutes before. We booked two days in advance, received a QR code the next day, and all we had to do was scan the QR code before boarding.

The bus was a little late, but we actually arrived earlier than expected, so be prepared to arrive early.
