Overall, transportation was convenient, and it was easy to get to each sightseeing spot during the tour without any issues. However, do take note that bad weather, especially heavy fog and continuous rain, can significantly affect the experience. Some mountain-top areas may be completely covered in fog, making it impossible to enjoy the views and potentially making the trip feel like a waste. I would recommend checking the weather forecast for each destination in advance during your travel period to help you plan accordingly. Otherwise, the tour transportation service is good.

Fantastic day, in spite of the unfortunately wet weather. Our guide Zoey was extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of tangents relating to the spots we visited, and the spots themselves were both interesting and picturesque.

Fascinating to see other parts of Taiwan not too far from Taipei and learn some history. See incredible natural sights and just a great half day trip. Highly recommend. Amy was/is fantastic, enthusiastic, happy and so knowledgeable (in many languages)!

Unfortunately, it rained during the tour, but thanks to the guide's thoughtfulness, it was a fun and memorable experience. The chicken wings with fried rice inside and the peanut ice cream roll that we ordered at Shifen were absolutely delicious. Also, since I hadn't done much research beforehand, I was grateful that the guide recommended various shops in Jiufen.

This was a fantastic day trip. We saw so much and truly had a great day. Our guide Grace was fantastic and made us feel relaxed right from the start. She told us so much interested information and recommended good places to eat as well as checking in throughout the day about the itinerary. Would absolutely recommend 😊

