A great trip. Agum, our guide and driver, accompanied us, a huge thank you to him. He drove carefully, the journey was short, and we reached all the tour sites quickly. I got in line at Lempuyang Temple in no time; the wait was about 30 minutes, for which I'm very grateful. He helped me take wonderful photos with the fish at Tirta Gangga, told me an interesting story about the royal family, showed me the Pura Goa Lawa bat temple, treated me to local food (it was spicy, but I devoured the soup; it was delicious), and of course, to a coffee plantation. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but I ended up buying sweet coffee with avocado, vanilla, and chocolate for the kids. I was very happy with the trip; we left at 7:30 and was home by 2:30. And there was still plenty of time left for relaxing and swimming. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it!

Special praise goes to our driver and guide, Xiao Lin. He picked us up from the hotel early and provided excellent service throughout the trip, accompanying us the entire time. Our four of us were extremely satisfied with our day trip to Bali. He even took some beautiful photos for us – his photography skills are superb! This also further enhanced our impression of the Ctrip platform. This is the second time I've booked a travel product (overseas day trip) through Ctrip, and I'm very satisfied. For a long time, we've only booked tickets and hotel accommodations through Ctrip, but we didn't expect them to be so reliable for international travel as well. Thank you so much!

A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel. Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!
