Drop Off: On the day of departure, our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue city center/Vedana Lagoon Resort at the scheduled time. Then our driver will take you to the airport, ensuring you arrive on time for your flight.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 60 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 30 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
