Without a doubt, the best experience I've had on guided tours. Our guides, Silvia and Aaron, were a 10/1000! In European winters, it gets dark early; it's already dim by 4 pm. Therefore, it was a real shame that by the time we reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it wasn't ideal for taking photos, and we couldn't get the perfect shot of someone holding onto the tower with their hands. The rest of the trip was excellent.
