Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
How to use
Once the booking is completed, please download your E ticket code from Dashboard.
 
Proceed straight to venue for entry with this new downloaded E tickets.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note

Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.

No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and well-being.

Guests with bulky items such as strollers and luggage bags will be required to leave them at our Flight Entrance for safekeeping before entering the capsule.

Please provide the exact hotel address during the booking process for smooth arrangements (If transfers selected)

Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
