Because it was an overseas trip, I consulted with the seller for a long time, and they answered all my questions in detail. The trip went smoothly on the day itself, so I recommend ordering from them. The itinerary was also very well-planned.

We hadn't planned to do the HOHO bus but as we were on the train to Toledo from Madrid the free (suggested donation) walking tour group we had booked with texted to say it had been cancelled as there weren't enough people signed up to make it worthwhile. We were left a bit high and dry, hadn't done any advance research and so signed up for the HOHO bus with 1 hour walking tour (€35 p.p.) with the representative on the Toledo railway platform. The English speaking walking tour was led by Alejandro was very good. He was engaging and clearly passionate about his home town and its history. We were fortunate there were only 5 of us so it was easy to hear him and keep together with the group. The bus part of the tour is quite short and to be honest I thought it was a bit overpriced but it suited us on the day so no complaints. When we'd had enough we got back on the bus and were transported back to the train station (which itself is quite charming)
