1. The price is for rooms on the 2nd floor (where the lobby is located). An additional charge of CNY 150–200 per person applies for each higher floor (specific fees are subject to the cruise company's pricing). 2. For children aged 2–11 occupying a bed or adults requiring an extra bed, 75% of the standard rate applies. Children not occupying a bed are charged 50% of the standard rate. Children requiring an extra bed are charged 50% of the standard rate plus CNY 300. 3. Infants under 2 years old not occupying a bed are charged 10% of the adult rate. 4. If one adult travels with one child, the child must occupy a bed. 5. Cruise service fee: The above prices do not include the cruise service fee, starting from CNY 200 per person. The 10,000-ton five-star Golden Cruise ship will now board at Fengdu due to the drop in Yangtze River water levels. All passengers must gather in Chongqing as scheduled. The boarding time remains unchanged, but the departure will be earlier.

If the Three Gorges Dam ship lift is under maintenance during the Yangtze River Three Gorges cruise, it will be replaced with the Two Dams and One Gorge tour.

1. Boarding travelers must proactively present valid legal ID (including ID cards, passports, etc.). Travelers will be solely responsible for all liabilities and consequences arising from not presenting or using forged documents.

2. During free time, guides are unable to provide services. We appreciate visitors' understanding. (During free time, visitors are responsible for their own personal safety and property security. Our company assumes no responsibility).

3. The listed stops on the itinerary are for travelers to enjoy free time outside the attraction. Those who choose not to visit the attraction can have free time either on the cruise or ashore. Shennongxi Pier and Shennüxi Pier are tourist docks. For safety reasons, it is highly recommended that travelers enjoy their free time on the cruise. Please note that guides cannot provide services during free time, and we appreciate your understanding. When purchasing food or local products at the attraction or cruise pier, travelers should pay attention to the shelf life of the goods. If buying cooked food, please check food hygiene and try to avoid purchasing such items.

4. Visitors can choose to follow the guide or explore the attraction on their own. Due to large crowds, it's easy to get separated. The guide may not be able to follow every visitor closely. If you get separated from your group, please gather at the pre-designated meeting point at the scheduled time.

5. We solemnly remind travelers not to visit or participate in any projects or activities that violate the laws and regulations of our country, social ethics, or the relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of the travel destination.

6. When resting at night, check that the room door and windows are closed, and keep valuables with you.

7. In the event of force majeure during the tour (such as flight, train, or cruise ship delays, traffic accidents, natural disasters, social factors, national policies, war, epidemics, etc.), which leads to itinerary changes, our company will make every effort to coordinate. Based on actual circumstances, visitors voluntarily agree to allow the travel agency to adjust the sequence of sightseeing and accommodation arrangements while maintaining the same standard of service. If the situation becomes severe enough to prevent the fulfillment of the contract and itinerary, our company shall not bear any liability for breach of contract. Any additional costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the visitors.

8. The tour fee is based on group purchase discounts obtained in advance. No refund will be provided for any attractions voluntarily skipped by guests. If this is a join-in tour itinerary (not an independent group tour), please sign the join-in tour agreement when signing the travel contract. Our company will continuously monitor tour quality. Guests are requested to understand the limitations of join-in tours and promptly communicate any quality issues with our company for timely resolution. (This clause only applies to join-in tours).

9. Travelers must adhere to the tour itinerary and keep their valid IDs and personal belongings safe. If a traveler leaves the group during the tour, they must provide a written notice to the guide in advance. The traveler will be solely responsible for any consequences during their absence, and no refund will be issued for unused services. Leaving the cruise ship without permission will be considered voluntary departure from the group. The travel agency and cruise ship will not be held responsible for any missed departures, accidents, or other incidents resulting from such actions. Once a traveler leaves the group, they will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited all remaining activities and services provided by the travel agency. Service quality will be primarily assessed based on the feedback forms completed by travelers during the tour. Travelers must fill out these forms carefully. If any issues arise during the trip, please address them promptly with the local guide. If the guide's resolution is unsatisfactory, please contact the booking office immediately, and we will handle the matter as a priority. Before the trip concludes, travelers must complete the *Traveler Feedback Form* truthfully. (This form serves as crucial evidence for protecting travelers' rights.) We will use this feedback as one of the key references for evaluating our service quality. Complaints or disputes arising from false or incomplete feedback forms will not be accepted. If you have any concerns regarding our service standards during the tour, please raise them locally for immediate resolution. If no service quality issues are reported during the trip, any post-trip complaints without supporting evidence will be considered invalid.
