3. Tickets for this itinerary are in high demand and hard to obtain during peak season. For trips booked within 4 days: Tickets will be issued upon successful facial recognition identity verification (or you may visit our meeting point for waitlist assistance with staff guidance). For trips booked 4-7 days in advance: Ticket availability is guaranteed. Please reconsider booking if these conditions are unacceptable.
4. The Yulong Snow Mountain 1-day tour is a self-guided tour led by the driver, with no guide or accompanying service. The driver can provide simple guidance on the tour route (your understanding is appreciated).
5. This itinerary provides pick-up & drop-off services within the designated area only, with no door-to-door service available. Our pick-up & drop-off area covers the roads surrounding Lijiang Ancient Town and the north/south gates of Shuhe Ancient Town. For locations outside this area, please proceed to the designated boarding point on your own. (We appreciate your understanding.)
1. Around 06:30 (earlier departures may occur during peak season holidays), our driver will pick up guests around Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town in sequence, with the service concluding around 18:00 (actual arrival time may vary).
(2) Our driver (guide) will call you by 10:30 PM the day before departure to confirm the exact pick-up point and time. Please ensure your phone is reachable.
III. The sequence of our itinerary may change based on each person's cable car schedule, but this will not affect the overall experience (subject to the actual arrangement by the guide).

"Seven" (Cable Car Ticket Segmented Flow Control Mechanism - each person's cable car time varies; we will adjust the tour sequence time based on cable car tickets) The cable car time is subject to system approval; manual time selection is not possible. During the off-peak season, we prioritize small groups of 8 people or fewer. During peak season holidays (summer/winter vacation high-demand periods) when parking spaces are limited, we arrange small groups of 7-15 people without specifying exact numbers. (8) Due to high demand during holidays and peak seasons, Yulong Snow Mountain admission tickets are extremely limited. If you request a refund or reschedule after the ticket is issued, only CNY 100 will be refunded for the admission ticket. Please review carefully before placing your order. 9. Notice on Refund and Modification for Temporary Suspension of the Snow Mountain Cableway: For those who have already entered the mountain, only the cableway fee of CNY 120/person can be refunded. With a valid ticket, you may switch to the mid-level cableway (refund of CNY 75/person) or the small cableway (refund of CNY 80/person). For those who have not entered the mountain, an ancient town maintenance fee of CNY 50 and a vehicle damage fee of CNY 50 will be charged.
