Great trip highlighting Northern Wales and Chester. Was perfect for my time strappped schedule. Loved the small tour group and the ability to roam freely at the stops. Driver was knowledgeable and kept us engaged in stories and history during the drive and provided ideas and highlights at each stop to give us some ideas.

It was a great snapshot (whistle stop tour) of the Lake District. What I enjoy about Rabbie’s Tours is they are small groups, the driver keeps you entertained while driving, gives you the highlights and suggestions at the stop but you roam freely to explore.

Safe driving, very well organised. However, bus seats should be more comfortable as journey was long.
Reviews: Manchester United Football Match at Old Trafford Stadium

I had a good experience at the Old Trafford vs. Brentford match on October 19, 2024.  However, I was stopped by security and taken to the service counter to verify the legitimacy of my ticket, which wasted 30 minutes of my time before I was allowed to enter the stadium. It would be helpful if Trip.com could prompt buyers to provide their 'Supporter ID' when purchasing tickets. Manchester United requires fans to download their app and use the QR code from it for access to the stadium.

I highly recommend Chinese tourists book an English-language tour. If your English isn't great, you can use a translation app like Doubao (a Chinese translation platform). It's truly a great deal; the driver/guide is incredibly professional, dedicated, and friendly. They talk non-stop throughout the journey, covering everything from local history, culture, and villages to what to eat, what music to listen to, and even various British jokes—it's all very entertaining. It's not just about telling you "meet at what time" at each attraction; they genuinely let you know what you've seen and experienced. Everyone tipped after we got off the bus.
