● The private tour guide service includes up to 5 people, with an additional charge of 50 CNY per extra person beyond 5.
● Join-in tours require a minimum of 5 people to form a group. Successful booking does not guarantee guide reservation confirmation. The merchant will need to confirm with you again. Please do not proceed on your own without notification.
● After booking, customer support will confirm your travel time with you. Please do not go on your own without notification from the supplier!
●Each participant is equipped with a wireless Bluetooth headset, ensuring clear and engaging narration from the instructor for optimal learning quality.
● This join-in tour guide service is purchased per person, so you'll need to purchase one for each participant. Please check with customer support about available time slots before placing your order!
● Minors are prohibited from traveling alone and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when purchasing and participating. The order includes headphone usage.
Children under 1.1 meters in height with free admission need to pay a CNY 10 fee for headphone usage. This fee is paid at the venue, not to our agency. Please be informed.
If the earphones are lost, the compensation is 420 CNY per piece, and this fee is collected by the venue.

Visitors without guide tickets are not allowed to follow the guide group.
Please inform us immediately after placing an order for free child tickets. Notifications made on the day of travel will not be accommodated.
If family members accompany the ticket holder, on-site staff will advise them to leave. If they refuse to comply, our company reserves the right to deny service without refund.
