How to use
1. Experience time: 09:00/14:00 (Shared boat has two regular departure time slots, private charter time can be chosen)
 
2. Location: Near Qingao Bay, Nan'ao Island (customer support will send the exact location after booking)
 
After booking, a staff member will add you on WeChat to send the meeting location and contact information of the on-site reception staff. Please be sure to check your messages.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
