The caves are spectacular, but the audio guide system is poorly designed as it requires each visitor to have a cell phone. There were two of us with only one phone, and we couldn't enjoy it. It was clear that other visitors were going through without using it for this reason, especially families or large groups.

Our friendly guide, Luis L., was reliable and knowledgeable. He was also funny and full of anecdotes. The trail was beautiful, but unfortunately, like all beautiful areas and places, it was very touristy. Still worthwhile, though. Not suitable for people with a fear of heights or unsteady gaits.
