How to use

After booking, staff will contact you around 9 PM the day before your activity.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 3:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

1. Xiamen University offers free admission. This product only provides campus entry service and does not guarantee entry. If unsuccessful, we will notify you in advance and offer a full refund.

2. The specific campus entry method, time, location, and address for temporary reservations will be notified via SMS or phone call by staff. A full refund is available if the arrangement is unsatisfactory.

3. This product does not include transportation, and you will need to go to the meeting point at the attraction on your own.
