I'm thrilled! It was a wonderful experience and a perfect ending to my stay in Beijing. I was thrilled with the professionalism of the entire studio team. They did a quick and beautiful makeup and hair session. The photographer was very positive, and despite the language barrier, I had no trouble understanding him. I highly recommend bringing back some beautiful photos of yourself in a princess costume from China and feeling like a drama heroine thanks to the professional stage—it was the best decision I've ever made. I had a great experience with tour guides Li Huixing and Liu Depeng this time. The meeting point was confirmed and some important information was provided via WeChat the night before. The day of the activity was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and the time was well-planned. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Guide Liu is very knowledgeable about history, and his afternoon tours of the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace were excellent; highly recommended.

This one-day tour of Beijing was truly wonderful! I'm so glad I chose this travel agency again. Their service was excellent throughout the trip, and there wasn't a single thing that made us uncomfortable. They clearly explained what was optional and what was included, making it very transparent and worry-free. There was no pressure at all; it was truly a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops. I especially want to mention our tour guide, Liu Depeng, whose service was excellent, and most importantly, his explanations were superb. Listening to him made the whole trip effortless; everyone felt connected with him, creating a wonderful atmosphere. He even sang Peking Opera and told a story from the Three Kingdoms period—it was fantastic! He truly deserves to be called a top-notch tour guide; he's incredibly talented! Thank you so much!

The Great Wall day trip was a great experience, especially thanks to the two staff members for their professional service. The Ctrip customer service was patient and attentive; their suggestion to choose an earlier tour was spot-on, allowing ample time to catch the high-speed train. Tour guide Zhao Yingjie was thoughtful and professional, providing detailed and engaging commentary along the way, enriching the Great Wall experience and making me look forward to other attractions in Beijing. When other members of the group were worried about adjusting their plans, she actively offered assistance and coordinated with various parties. The trip was exceptionally smooth and fulfilling because of them. Thank you again! (Proactive review)
